Hi David,Not sure if you will get this but just to give you our support, ihave tried to reply on this flaming chronicle site twice and have lost the connection both times, here goes third time lucky.
Hi David
I will try to arrange something, unfortunately the supply was cut off during the renovations. I will need to speak to the tennent to see if she would allow the use of the flats supply. I am sure a solution can be found.
Dave
This is really sad news. Why was the Festical cancelled?
Also, I saw this on the agenda for the MRA: 'Resignation of Officers - Future of MRA'. Can you tell me what this means? Thanks, Rob.
Hi Helen, Yes I'm afraid things are not looking good for the Festival at the moment due to many factors which will be discussed at the MRA meeting on Thursday PM
When I retrieved all the documents from Richard & Rosie there was no mention of any bookings for the Festival, so my apologies for not contacting you on this one.
As soon as something has been decided I will let you know.
Regards
David
Hi David
I've just heard from Rosie that she is no longer involved in the moorland road festival. I had arranged with her for City of Bath Rhythmic Gym club to do a display at 2pm for 20, minutes, in the road. Can you let me know if this is still the arrangement. I will not be around for 2 weeks, but leave me a message and I will pick it up asap,
Hi David,
I hope you all didn't mind the extra chaos I brought to the meeting last night...
There are many businesses in MR - eg Velo and Del Sole – though they weren’t at the meeting. Couldn’t they make it, or do some businesses just do their own thing? And is that the usual number who go as well?
It also seemed the meeting was mostly for traders. Was this normal? Or do other shoppers/residents come along too.
PS your meeting generated much interest – I was in Woolies before coming over and the staff were very curious to see who was there!
Hi Daivid,Hope budgie has settled back and is not missing us too much. Before we came away I emailed Radio Bristol who are doing a feature called Bingo Balls. They visit local areas and ask someone lots of questions to be honest I have only ever listened on my way home and thought it would be nice if they came to Moorland Road.Well they replied and said they would like to come.next Monday.I am not totally sure what is involved but I think it should be good publicity for the road.Ben Prater the guy whose show it is loves dogs` so I think this was the pull.Thought I had better let you know what is going on although I am not absolutely sure myself.but one thing is certain I will give the road the most publicity I can.Thanks.Kay

I've recently moved to OP so my interest in MR is as a shopper. Can you tell me what sort of things are discussed in your meetings?
